Wedoany.com Report-Mar 16, TenneT Holding is seeking new shareholders for TenneT Germany.

As part of the process for a private investment, TenneT Holding published a public notice that parties interested in a private investment in TenneT Germany are invited to contact the company’s financial advisors to receive additional information on TenneT Germany and the process.

TenneT Holding is considering offering one or more interested parties to invest in the equity of TenneT Germany (TKG) by way of contributing capital against issuance of shares.

Investors will be selected through a competitive, transparent and non-discriminatory process.

TKG is the holding entity of the German operations of the TenneT group.

TKG holds all shares in TenneT TSO GmbH, a regulated transmission system operator operating an extra-high voltage transmission grid in, or in certain parts of, Bavaria, Bremen, Hesse, Lower Saxony, North-Rhine-Westphalia and Schleswig-Holstein.

In addition, TenneT Offshore GmbH, another wholly-owned subsidiary of TKG, directly or indirectly builds and owns grid connections for offshore wind parks.

ABN AMRO and Lazard & Co, financial advisors to TenneT, are handling applications and the process.
