The project is expected to span 2-3 years and will contribute significantly to the company’s revenue. ArisInfra confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group hold any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.

ArisInfra Solutions, a B2B technology firm, simplifies the procurement of construction materials across India. In Q1 FY26, ArisInfra reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 33.1 million, down 45.38% year-on-year, despite revenue rising 11.39% to Rs 2.12 billion compared with Q1 FY25.

Following the earnings announcement, shares declined 1.58%, trading at Rs 168.05 on the BSE.
