Wedoany.com Report-Dec.4, Larson Packaging Company (LPC), headquartered in the United States, has completed the acquisition of Great Western Eagle Packaging (GWEP), a specialised case and foam solutions provider located in Ontario, California.

The deal boosts LPC's capacity to design and manufacture detailed case inserts and complex foam component.

The transaction significantly expands LPC's capabilities in high-precision technical packaging, particularly for custom case inserts and complex foam components serving the aerospace, defence, and drone sectors.

By incorporating GWEP's expertise in fabricating protective solutions for leading brands such as Pelican and SKB, LPC strengthens its service offering across the Bay Area and extends its reach into Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire regions.

The acquisition integrates GWEP's advanced material handling and high-tolerance fabrication strengths with LPC's established industrial packaging operations. The Ontario facility joins LPC's California manufacturing network, combining technical resources and industry certifications from both companies.

As part of the agreement, GWEP CEO Todd Teach joins LPC's leadership team, taking responsibility for business development and key customer relationships across the combined organisation.
