Wedoany.com Report-Aug. 26, Lozan Urban Developments (LUD) has signed an agreement with Al-Amal Engineering & General Contracting Company to begin construction of the Apex Business Complex in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, as reported by Daily News Egypt. The project follows the completion of initial shoring works and the securing of necessary excavation permits.

The Apex Business Complex is set to be completed by December 2027, in line with the timelines established by the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD). LUD Chairperson Adel Abdel Moneim stated: “The foundation of any successful, fully integrated project lies in working with entities that have proven execution capabilities.”

Located in the heart of the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital, the complex features a modern architectural design with two interconnected towers, incorporating spacious open areas and sleek glass facades. The development will integrate commercial, administrative, and medical facilities within a single location, creating a versatile hub for business and services.

Spanning approximately 2,600 square meters, the project includes a central plaza and comprises 13 floors of office and commercial spaces, a ground floor, and three underground levels designated for parking. The design aims to enhance functionality while contributing to the aesthetic and operational vision of the New Capital.

LUD selected Al-Amal Engineering for its proven track record in delivering construction projects efficiently and meeting high-quality standards. This partnership ensures the Apex Business Complex adheres to ACUD’s rigorous urban development requirements.
