Spanning 360,000 square meters, the complex is designed in the shape of the company’s distinctive “X” logo, establishing a prominent landmark for Guangzhou’s new energy vehicle industry. The opening was announced via a post on XPENG’s WeChat account.

Located in the Cencun area of Tianhe Smart City, the XPENG Tech Park benefits from the district’s concentration of research institutions, skilled professionals, and supportive policies. The campus integrates research, testing, and operations, serving as a hub for innovation in intelligent electric vehicles (EVs) and related technologies. The facility comprises four specialized buildings: a main office shared with XPENG’s flying car subsidiary, HT Aero; a building combining offices, sales, and corporate showrooms; a dedicated conference and event center; and a facility focused on autonomous driving and large-scale AI model development.

The new headquarters reflects XPENG’s strategic vision of combining new energy vehicles with intelligent technology. As the company enters its second decade, the Tech Park strengthens its commitment to advancing global research and development, as well as smart manufacturing.
