SWREL Secures Epc Order for Adani Green’s Khavda Solar Projects in India

Wedoany.com Report-Dec.7, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) has received its largest domestic order this fiscal year from Adani Green Energy for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services on a 1 GW solar project at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat, India.

The order covers a balance of system package for three solar power projects.

The contract, valued at Rs 13,810 million ($154.5 million) excluding taxes, covers the complete balance-of-system package for three solar developments, including material supply and onsite construction services.

In addition, the two companies have signed a five-year strategic framework agreement that positions SWREL as a preferred partner for Adani Green Energy's upcoming renewable energy projects across India.

SWREL is currently executing 6 GW of capacity at Khavda, with 5 GW targeted for completion during fiscal year 2025/26.
