Indications:

Primarily used for underactive bladder (UAB).

This includes urinary difficulties, weak urination, prolonged urination time, reduced or absent sensation of urine storage and voiding caused by various conditions such as spinal cord injury, spinal cord developmental abnormalities, intervertebral disc herniation, trauma, and other causes.

Prevalence:

One study shows that UAB may affect up to 48% of elderly men and 12% of elderly women, with research indicating a higher prevalence of UAB in men than in women.
