Wedoany.com Report-Apr. 8,  EVE Energy Co., Ltd., a Chinese lithium battery manufacturer, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen S.F. Taisen Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of logistics leader S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. (SF). This partnership aims to blend advanced lithium battery technology with modern logistics, focusing on global supply chains, green initiatives, smart logistics enhancements, and new application areas.

EVE Energy will apply its research and development strengths and comprehensive lithium battery solutions to support SF’s electrification efforts. This includes powering new energy delivery vehicles, providing batteries for two- and three-wheeled transport, and developing zero-carbon logistics parks. In exchange, SF will offer EVE Energy full logistics support, covering domestic and international warehousing, distribution, cross-border exports, lithium battery transportation, and used battery recycling, aiding EVE Energy’s global growth.

The collaboration addresses a core logistics challenge: balancing delivery speed with energy use. Together, they will create high-rate power batteries designed for logistics, accelerating the shift to electric last-mile delivery fleets. They also plan to explore battery solutions for drones and electric airships in the low-altitude economy. Additionally, the companies will develop smart logistics systems for industrial parks, improving visibility and scheduling efficiency across production and supply chains.

A standout feature of the partnership is a flagship zero-carbon industrial park project. This initiative integrates solar power, energy storage, and charging stations for new energy vehicles, offering a scalable model for sustainable logistics transformation. EVE Energy highlighted that this alliance marks a significant step in merging new energy vehicle technology with logistics, setting a standard for intelligent and eco-friendly advancements.
