Wedoany.com Report-Oct. 14, Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) has secured a three-year engine maintenance contract with Shenzhen Airlines and its subsidiary, Kunming Airlines, covering 2025 to 2027. The agreement focuses on comprehensive maintenance for CFM56-7B engines, strengthening a long-standing collaboration with Shenzhen Airlines, headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

Shenzhen Airlines, established in 1992, operates a fleet of over 200 aircraft, serving routes across major Chinese cities, Hong Kong, Macao, and international destinations including the United Kingdom, Spain, Qatar, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. As one of China’s leading airlines, it has partnered with AFI KLM E&M for CFM56-7B engine maintenance for a decade. The consistent delivery of reliable, high-quality services has built trust, paving the way for this expanded contract.

All maintenance work will be conducted at KLM Engine Facilities in Amsterdam, utilizing advanced technical expertise and extensive experience with the CFM56-7B, a widely used engine in global aviation. This setup ensures high standards of performance and reliability for Shenzhen Airlines’ fleet.
