Wedoany.com Report-Oct. 13, Global aviation software provider Ramco Systems announced it will implement its next-generation Aviation Software at Global Engine Maintenance India Private Limited (GEM India), a fully owned subsidiary of Global Engine Maintenance LLC, USA, a leading provider of CFM56-7B/-5B/-3 complete MRO solutions. The software aims to digitally manage the Engine to USM cycle, ensuring faster turnaround, improved material availability and kitting, and enhanced traceability and regulatory compliance.

Ramco Aviation Software will provide GEM India with a single integrated platform, covering modules for Engineering & Tech Publications, Maintenance, MRO Contracts, Pricing & Billing, Part Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Finance & Accounting. The platform will streamline configuration and work package control, digital maintenance execution, and provide end-to-end visibility of operations and the supply chain. It also automates compliance and audit readiness while integrating financial processes with operational workflows.

The solution includes digital tools such as the Engine Visit Hub, Ramco Anywhere mobile apps for mechanics and warehouse staff, and real-time dashboards. These tools are expected to improve process efficiencies, enhance productivity, and enable paperless operations.
